Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Guest Relation Agent to join our team for the 2026 season.
You will be dedicated to providing authentic, luxury experiences to our guests in world-renowned destinations, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community. You are passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.
Working closely with our guests during their stay, you will uncover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating personalised recommendations that enhance their experience.
Responsibilities:
* Create a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to elevate their overall experience.
* Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any requests or concerns.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, always seeking solutions to guarantee satisfaction.
* Collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless, enjoyable stay.
* Maintain detailed guest profiles and use insights to personalise interactions, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is preferred.
* Professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
