By understanding client needs and translating them into tailored, value‐driven solutions, you will help shape long‐term success for both our customers and our business. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable growth, strong collaboration, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and competitive market.Your tasksBuild and nurture strong, trust‐based relationships with key accounts, acting as a primary point of contactDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue goalsIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling within existing partnershipsLead contract negotiations, proposals, and agreements in a collaborative and solution‐oriented wayCoordinate cross‐functional teams (e.g., sales support, logistics, marketing, finance) to deliver customer‐focused solutionsMonitor account performance using relevant KPIs and share insights with stakeholdersAddress client needs and challenges in a timely and effective mannerStay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer developmentsContribute to forecasting, demand planning, and inventory alignmentYour profileDegree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in account management, sales, or business development with key accounts in drugstore and/or modern trade environmentsDemonstrated ability to grow customer relationships and drive business resultsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsFamiliarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Well‐organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectivelyFluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plusWhat we offerOpportunity to work with a leading international brand in the FMCG sectorCompetitive salary package and performance‐based bonusHybrid working model with 2 days home officeA dynamic, collaborative, and growth‐oriented work environment in a newly established team
