PpLocation: Based in a major city within the CIS region, with regular travel required. /ppEmployment Type: Full-time /ph3About Us /h3pMLA – Move Language Ahead, trading as Go Languages World Wide Ltd. in the United Kingdom, is a global leader in junior study abroad programmes. We design and deliver high-quality residential language experiences for students aged 11–17 across the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, and Italy. /ppOur business model is exclusively B2B: we work only through education agents, never with individual students. This ensures our focus is on building strong, long-term partnerships and providing agents with the support, resources, and confidence to grow recruitment in their markets. /ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead MLA’s growth across the CIS region (Commonwealth of Independent States). The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the international education or travel sector, and established relationships with education agents. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach to developing new partnerships and strengthening existing ones in a diverse and growing market. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on agent recruitment, retention, and growth. /liliBuild, strengthen, and manage MLA’s network of trusted education agents across the CIS region. /liliProvide agents with transparent programme details, pricing, and marketing resources to support enrolments. /liliDeliver training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are confident in representing MLA. /liliRepresent MLA at international education workshops, trade fairs, and agent-focused events across the region. /liliServe as the first point of contact for regional agents, ensuring high levels of service, responsiveness, and problem-solving. /liliAnalyse agent performance, market trends, and regional feedback to guide MLA’s strategy and product development. /liliProduce regular reports, sales forecasts, and market updates for senior management. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the education travel, ELT, or study abroad sector. /liliProven success in developing and expanding B2B/agent partnerships in the CIS region. /liliEstablished network of education agents in the region highly desirable. /liliStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliFluency in Russian and English required; additional regional languages an advantage. /liliSelf-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with MLA’s global team. /liliWillingness to travel frequently within the CIS region to visit agents and attend events. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives. /liliThe opportunity to represent a well-established and trusted global junior programmes brand. /liliProfessional growth and career development within a rapidly expanding international company. /liliA supportive, multicultural, and collaborative work environment. /li /ulh3Compensation Package /h3pWe offer a competitive salary package based on experience, combined with a performance-driven commission structure directly tied to student enrolments.
