Ph3About the role /h3 pAs a bSenior Pre-Sales Engineer (Europe-wide) /b at bWitboost /b, you will be responsible for the btechnical and functional aspects of the sales cycle /b. /p pYou will be a bcore member of the sales organization /b and a key contributor to winning complex enterprise deals. Your mission is to help prospects clearly understand bhow Witboost fits into their data ecosystem /b, how it supports their operating model, and why it enables scalable, governed data product delivery. /p pThis is a bsenior, autonomous role /b, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Engineering across Europe. /p h3How you’ll make an impact at Witboost /h3 pAs a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will: /p ul lipPrepare and deliver bhigh-quality product presentations and demos /b, both onsite and remote /p /li lipHelp prospects understand bhow Witboost integrates with their existing ecosystem /b (data platforms, CI/CD, governance tools, catalogs, ticketing systems) /p /li lipSupport Sales in bqualifying opportunities /b and shaping technically sound deal strategies /p /li lipDefine when a bPOC or MVP /b is the right next step and scope it clearly /p /li lipContribute to bRFP/RFI responses /b and technical due diligence /p /li lipAct as a bridge between customers and product, sharing feedback and field insights /p /li lipBuild reusable bdemo assets, solution patterns and reference architectures /b /p /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pYou’ll report to the bHead of GTM /band typically: /p ul lipJoin discovery calls with Sales to understand customer context and constraints /p /li lipDesign a solution narrative that explains how Witboost fits, not just what it does /p /li lipRun demos tailored to the customer’s architecture and maturity /p /li lipScope a POC or MVP that proves value without overengineering /p /li lipAnswer technical questions from architects, platform teams or governance leads /p /li lipAlign with Product and Engineering on roadmap, limitations and positioning /p /li lipProactively engage with prospects to clarify complex topics, unblock decision‑making, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle. /p /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 pYou have: /p ul lipb8–12+ years in technology roles /b, with a strong background in benterprise data architecture or data engineering /b /p /li lipb5+ years in a Pre‑Sales / Sales Engineering role /b for complex enterprise software /p /li lipSolid understanding of bdata management and governance challenges /b in large organizations /p /li lipA proven track record of running bsuccessful demos and POCs /b in long sales cycles /p /li lipExperience explaining complex platforms to both btechnical and executive audiences /b /p /li /ul h3You are /h3 ul lipA strong communicator and confident presenter /p /li lipComfortable explaining barchitecture, processes and trade‑offs /b /p /li lipPragmatic and sales‑oriented: you know when “good enough” is better than perfect /p /li lipAutonomous, structured, and accountable /p /li lipWilling to travel across Europe /p /li lipFluent in bEnglish /b (French or German are a plus) /p /li /ul h3Why Witboost /h3 pWe offer: /p ul lipA bsenior role with real impact on sales outcomes /b /p /li lipExposure to bcomplex, enterprise‑grade data challenges /b at scale /p /li lipA product that is bnot a commodity /b and requires real architectural and strategic thinking /p /li lipA bflexible, international working environment /b with close collaboration across teams /p /li lipA bsmall, focused and dynamic organization /b, where individual contribution truly matters /p /li lipbStrong growth prospects /b as the company and the team expand, with opportunities to grow in scope and responsibility over time /p /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul lipbBase salary: /b €90,000 – €110,000 /p /li lipbBonus: /b 10–20% ( sales support effectiveness and deal outcomes ) /p /li lipbTotal OTE: /b ~€100,000 – €130,000br/(depending on experience) /p /li /ul pTravel expenses covered /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
