Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at Mangia's Pollina Resort for the upcoming **** season.The ideal candidate is responsible for executing the culinary strategy to ensure effective kitchen management, elevate the guest experience, deliver on brand promise, and achieve departmental revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:Managing daily F&B; operations within budget and quality standardsDesigning menus, overseeing procurement, and driving improvementsEnsuring hygiene, safety, and regulatory complianceMonitoring inventory, food cost, and purchasing proceduresInnovating buffet presentation and culinary conceptsHandling crisis situations and optimizing team performanceEnsuring freshness, presentation, and quality of all dishesLeading the culinary team and promoting collaboration, conducting staff evaluations and scheduling shifts, and collaborating with recruiting activitiesRequirements:Proven experience in a similar roleExpertise in buffet and à la carte serviceStrong knowledge of food preparation and presentationFamiliarity with local and national food regulationsExperience with HACCP self-monitoring proceduresSkills in team management and inventory controlCustomer service orientationFood cost control expertiseKnowledge of English and FrenchWhat we offer:Seasonal ContractAccommodation availableCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
