sector, is seeking to expand. We are looking for a
AREA MANAGER Lombardia
In alignment with strategies and shared objectives with management, the candidate will be responsible for
business development
in
Payroll Processing
and
Corporate Welfare
services.
The role primarily targets medium-large companies:
Organize and plan strategic business development activities, from mapping to prospecting to contact.
Manage clients comprehensively, from acquisition to consolidation, with a consultative approach.
Promote cross-selling policies by creating synergies with the Group’s specialized divisions.
Requirements:
Experience in sales roles within HR or related services for companies.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
A
degree
in Economics, Law, or Humanities is preferred.
A strong initiative, results-oriented mindset, and natural relationship skills complete the profile.
Main office location:
Porto Mantovano (MN) .
