Business Development Manager & Application Support (f/d/m): - Functional area: Business Development - Location: Italy - City: Antwerp, Athens, Cologne, Milano - Company name: Leybold GmbH - Date of posting: Oct 22, 2025 Your role: Following the brand mission of VIN, generating sustainable & profitable growth of ACV in connected markets, by - Driving business growth in ACV core markets such as Food & Beverage and General Industry - Marketing development of the existing product portfolio and identification of new product need Main responsabilities Market Strategy - Definition and implementation of all business development activities in selected Market Segments - Explore the full business potential of core markets such as Food & Beverage & General Industry for the ACV brand portfolio - Monitor and understand the market position through analysis of ACV sales results vs market potential, market trends and competitive landscape - Follow and report to ACV and VIN management about market trends, competition, key highlights and lowlights - Gather and monitor appropriate information on the market and feed this information into Product Management team in the preparation of new product and system master specifications Business Development & Application Support - Align, support and follow-up with CCs Sales and BLM on their annual growth initiatives in selected businesses in coordination with divisional Marketing Managers - Assist CC sales with developing and winning key projects including joint customer visits and conference calls - Consolidate reference lists and success stories to support cross-referencing activities - Provide training to regional customer centre sales and marketing teams - Provide selection and calculative support as a technical hub to the CCs.
