In this role you will lead a cross‑functional team deliver innovation and work with creative agencies to develop world‑class creative to reach our consumers across tactics, from TV to in‑store execution. /p pThis role is hybrid and is located in Parsippany, NJ. This role reports under Marketing Director, Tic Tac Mints. /p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liIn-depth market and brand analysis to assist Brand Management in formulating brand strategy within a fast‑moving consumer packaged goods category /li liConstantly monitors and tracks brand performance and initiatives /li liProvides routine brand performance updates /li liMaintains full understanding of the competitive environment to assess impact on business /li liCapacity to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative research for business purposes /li liSupport innovation lead with artwork development /li liBudget Management /li liSupport development of consumer activation plans and manage execution /li liPossesses solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment in order to achieve brand objectives and goals /li liPrepares and creates engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations /li liComfortable with multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment /li liAble to prioritize daily demands to meet tight deadlines /li liInter‑departmental engagement with Trade marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives /li liCollaboration with legal department to safeguard company and use of its assets in interactions with third parties /li liAble to efficiently manage relations with third party vendors (i.e.: graphic design agencies, research agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs /li /ul h3bAbout You: /b /h3 ul liBachelors Degree in Business; Masters degree in Business is a plus /li liAt least 5 years experience in consumer packaged goods brand marketing /li liExcellent analytical skills upon which to base decision‑making /li liExperience working in CPG /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liExperience working with consumer data; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen /li liAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines /li liTeam player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments /li liDetail oriented /li liPassion, energy and drive to work with world‑class brands /li liMotivation to advance in a merit‑based, multinational organization /li liMust be self‑motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit /li liAdaptable to foreign cultures /li liExcellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus /li liExperience with Budget Management /li liExposure and understanding of differences between various classes of trade /li liForeign language (i.e.: Spanish or Italian) knowledge is a plus /li liProduct packaging development knowledge is a plus /li liExposure to PL management is a plus /li /ul pArtificial Intelligence Disclosurebr/As part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
