Join our dynamic Product Management team and lead our Battery Solutions portfolio into the future! As the Product Manager for Battery Solutions, you will drive our global battery strategy, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of customers across all product groups. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Nilfisk and the future of battery technology within our industry, offering an unparalleled opportunity to influence the market and contribute to sustainable innovation.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Global Strategy Leadership : Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive global battery strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate sustainability goals.
* Market and Customer Insight Analysis : Gather market research and customer insights to identify pain points, collaborating with the Global Product Management team to translate these into innovative solutions, features, and benefits.
* Portfolio and Innovation Management : Rationalize and enhance a world-class battery solutions portfolio, leading the lifecycle management from concept to market launch and phase-out.
* Sales and Marketing Support : Provide product expertise and training to Sales and Marketing teams, aiding in the preparation of technical documentation and marketing materials to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage in key development projects across different product groups, ensuring battery technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with overall product strategies.
Your new team
You will be based at either of our 2 EMEA development centers in Piacenza (Italy) or Hadsund (Denmark), or at our Global Headquarter in Copenhagen (Denmark). You will report to the Head of Product Portfolio Management, Mads Uhre Dümer. The overall Global Product Management team consists of 40 colleagues around the world, we work closely together across teams and functions in a good pace with caring and fun colleagues. Together, we drive the innovation agenda of the company and as a team we are characterized by our holistic understanding of the business, our curiosity, and our passion for taking Nilfisk to the next level.

A solid engineering background is essential for effectively identifying and innovating battery solutions, working in close partnership with external partners and our internal R&D team. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, with a keen passion for sustainability and innovation in battery technology, ready to drive our products towards a greener future.
