Role Description
* Develop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing strategy in alignment with resort goals
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Reservations teams
* Manage key market segments including leisure, corporate, MICE, and luxury travel partners
* Grow business across domestic and international markets through effective sales activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and luxury consortia
* Oversee digital marketing, brand communications, and PR initiatives to ensure strong visibility and consistent positioning
* Monitor revenue performance, forecasting, and market trends to identify opportunities
* Coordinate with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability
* Ensure high-quality standards in all promotional materials, campaigns, and online presence
* Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions
* Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure guest experience aligns with brand messaging
* Prepare detailed reports, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership
* Act as a brand ambassador and steward of the resort’s identity, heritage, and values
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (or senior leadership role) within luxury hospitality
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of high-end resort environments
* Established network within luxury travel, corporate, and MICE segments
* Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and PR
* Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with sales/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence
* Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
* Passion for luxury travel, hospitality excellence, and driving commercial success
