Main Responsibilities
Advice, selling and wine service in the various food & beverage outlets
Ensuring a smooth beverage service at all times
Helping to design the wine list
Wine purchasing in close cooperation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager
Cellar organisation and inventory
Helping to lead, train and develop the service team as well as providing training and education
Other tasks may be assigned according to business needs
We Require
Education as restaurant specialist, hotel management school, 3 liv. AIS course required
Can create your own multi-course pairings
Very good knowledge of wine and sparkling wine as well as café, spirits and soft drinks
Storytelling – you can bring the stories about the wines to the guests
You are a bright, well‐groomed person who loves to interact with our guests
Highly quality awareness
You enjoy working in a team
You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail‐ and customer‐oriented
Have a good command English and French
