The Visual Merchandiser will support the Team in all the Merchandising & Visual merchandising activities for Acqua di Parma in Italy optimizing the sales strategies operating in Retail, Wholesale and franchisee channels following the HQ guidelines.
As part of the Marketing Italy Team, the key responsibilities are:
Management of the operational organization of custom furniture (hard / soft) to highlight the brand in pos
Set up the in-store and window display according to the corporate guidelines in order to deliver consistent brand image
Partner with local supplier and trade teams to create consistent in-store and window display to support the stores in achieving sales target
Support in development of Visual Merchandising tools and in the category management to elevate the brande imagine and the business of the Maison
Suggestion of new, innovative, merchandising solutions for a luxury & prestige beauty landscape through presentation renderings creatively while remaining on-brand
Ensure an excellent image of the brand at the point of sale in terms of positioning and exposure quality through a schedule of visits on the Wholesale and Retail network
Implementation of standard POS material developed by HQ and realization of ad hoc material developed according to the HQ directives
Preparation of PPT presentations dedicated to the sales force and customer meetings
Follow event set-ups and support in annual POS orders
Budget control in line with forecast
University background in Arts & Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Architecture
A previous experience within merchandising or visual merchandising in the beauty industry is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop (SAP and IWD are a plus)
Strong sensibility and passion for luxury
Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
