EfficientIP is a network automation and security company, specializing in DNS-DHCP-IPAM solutions (DDI), with the goal to help organizations worldwide drive business efficiency through an agile, secure, and reliable infrastructure foundation.

BDRs at EfficientIP play an important role in our growth as we expand and scale. Collaborating with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, our BDRs build the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers daily. You’ll see these prospects progress through the customer journey and celebrate each success with our global team.

Description

We’re seeking a coachable individual looking for an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales within a scaling organization. Currently working remotely, we will ensure you are connected and supported throughout. You should be independent, well-organized, curious, creative, fearless, and a natural people-person who excels at building connections. We would love to hear from you!

What will you do?

* Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
* Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities to generate new business
* Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, emails, strategic calling)
* Target potential customers looking for DDI/Security solutions or those seeking to replace existing solutions
* Perform outbound calls and engage via email and other communication channels to prospect new opportunities
* Identify key decision-makers, assess buying readiness and timelines
* Manage information, data, and metrics in Zoho CRM
* Plan and execute mini-campaigns within your assigned region
* Book meetings aligned with targets

You’ll be a great fit if you have these qualifications:

* University degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
* Located in the Milan or Rome area (home office possible)
* 1-2 years of prospecting experience, preferably in technology/IT Security
* Ability to achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* CRM experience, especially Zoho, is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Understanding customer needs and closing sales effectively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
