Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Salesforce Public Sector Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will support positioning and selling the Signature Success Plan to our most important customers with Italy 1 of the key markets to be supported. /p pThe Signature bundle of Success resources deliver Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized support experience. The Signature Sales Executive will be responsible for scoping opportunities and positioning the value proposition of Signature Success with both internal and external customers. This individual will ensure our most strategic Public Sector customers invest in the right support offering and resource mix. /p pThis is a sales role, and success will be measured by target attainment as well as year-over-year growth in Signature revenue. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liAchieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions /li liBuild relationships with key internal partners to review territories and identify opportunities for Signature Success /li liEvangelize Signature Success internally and externally /li liCollaborate effectively across the organization (including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery) to resolve customer or sales issues /li liWillingness to travel up to 25% /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent English Italian a must /li li5–7+ years of experience in license or professional services sales within the Public Sector arena /li liExperience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+) /li liStrong consultative selling skills, connecting customer objectives to solutions and business value /li liProven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures /li liBackground in business transformation and technology delivery is a plus /li liSalesforce product knowledge preferred /li liSelf-starter with strong influence skills and resilience in fast-paced environments /li liExcellent relationship-building skills with proven growth of key accountsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills /li liDegree or equivalent relevant experience /li /ul h3Unleash Your Potential /h3 pWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
