Regional Sales Manager - Motion Control – Europe Our client, a globally active leader in the Motion Control space, is looking for a Regional (Territory) Sales Manager focused partially on Italy and primarily on nearby countries (France, Spain and Netherlands). The company's servo drives technology enables the world's most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. The company is growing and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Europe Director of Sales. Responsible for growth of sales in region assigned, through expansion with existing customers and identification of new potential markets, customers, and opportunities. Management of existing projects & customers including OEMs and Value-Added Resellers CRM Way of Life – Maintain CRM system (Salesforce) and use tools for effective customer & opportunity tracking, and report generation on present and future sales opportunities. Increase sales on an annual basis. Participate in identifying and sharing market trends, future customer needs and defined future company products and solutions – provide information to marketing as requested. MUST: Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)Sales experience of 3+ years. MUST: Relevant knowledge in Mechatronics/Electricity/Software/Quality/Environmental Condition. Speak fluent Italian and English. Advantage if speak Spanish, Dutch, French). Experience with using CRM consistently (Salesforce an advantage). Proficient use of Office S/W (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). This position requires 60% travel.
