Experteer Overview
As a Service Sales Engineer for Edwards Vacuum in Central‑Southern Italy, you drive the sale of service solutions for a broad range of vacuum pumps. You will seek to convert reactive maintenance into preventive, multi‑year service agreements while building trusted relationships across the territory. You report to the Regional Service Sales Manager Italy and Iberia and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet sales targets. This role combines field visits, solution selling, and CRM‑driven opportunity management in a dynamic industrial setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Manage relationships with customers and prospects in the territory to hit sales targets
* Visit customers and promote service solutions aligned with their needs
* Promote long‑term service solutions and multi‑year maintenance agreements
* Maintain accurate CRM data and sales funnel, follow up opportunities
* Build a network of key contacts within existing customers for loyalty and new opportunities
* Manage leads from multiple channels (calls, website, RFQs, etc.)
* Participate in marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives
Responsabilità
* Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial contexts
* Residence in Central and Southern Italy; willingness to travel ~50–60%
* Diploma or degree, preferably technical
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Good knowledge of English
