The Group has a large installed base of elevators, service lifts, temporary and permanent hoists and platforms and building maintenance units around the world. The solutions portfolio also comprises of height safety protective equipment, load measurement & control, lifting & handling, and a global after-sales business model, with recurring revenue from spare parts and services such as inspection, certification, maintenance, refurbishments, replacements and training.


Sales & Marketing Assistant supports Sales & Marketing team. Sales (80% of total time): drafting offer, supporting customer & sales engineers via email and phone call on daily basis. Marketing (20% of total time): in close collaboration with the sales and mktg team corporate, tuning/align all the marketing tools locally, supporting local fair events, periodic mailing, catalogue finalization.



Key tasks & responsibilities:

Sales support (40%)

* Commercial and technical support to customers, sales engineer, and agents.

Sales support (40%)

* Drafting of offers.

Marketing Corporate (10%)

* Alignment/update corporate tools, translations.
* Supporting catalogue drafting and finalization.

Marketing Local (10%)

* Mailing, local marketing campaign via linkedin sales navigator.
* Local marketing tools for customers.



Qualifications & Competencies:

To be successful in this role you will have:

Skills & Knowledge

* Italian Language: C1 - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
* English Language: B2/C1 - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
* ERP, CRM, Office 365 suite ( PPT, EXCEL) medium level.
* Linkedin sales navigator preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

* Essential: 3yrs sales support in technical environment/products, direct contact with customers and agents, offers drafting.
* Basic operational marketing.

Qualifications

* Essential : High School Degree Technical/Marketing/Commercial
