You will work on a range of projects for both retail and out-of-home environments. Solutions will be varied and include temporary and permanent point of sale materials (POSM), 2D print, 3D print, vinyl / stickers, signage, and visibility collateral which might include flags, A frames, range + price boards etc.This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.Please submit your resume / application in English. Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the processProvide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer serviceMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as requested - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global's full-service offeringDeliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate recordsAgree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performanceDeliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIsCommercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skillsProject Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business developmentExperience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measuresExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniorityFluency in Italian and English
