Drive sales strategy and execution for the Carbon Credits ServiceDevelop and implement customer acquisition and engagement strategies for both the Carbon Credits Service and Amazon Sustainability ExchangeBuild repeatable BD processes, frameworks, and playbooks that enable team scalabilityLead and manage complex engagements with potential customers, including Climate Pledge signatories, suppliers, and Amazon enterprise customersBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the C-suite and executive levelIdentify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Amazon's sustainability strategyContribute to business strategy development for both the Carbon Credits Service and Amazon Sustainability ExchangeProvide thought leadership on customer needs in voluntary carbon markets and sustainability solutionsLead complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations with minimal oversightDevelop and apply deal frameworks that balance customer needs with business objectivesConduct thorough partner diligence and detailed quantitative analysisTrack and report on key performance metrics (sales, pipeline, conversion rates, customer engagement)Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Amazon, including technology teams, environmental impact teams, and business unitsSynthesize complex partnership, negotiation, and strategy considerations into clear, concise narratives for senior leadershipPresent business performance, strategic recommendations, and insights in high-visibility forumsRepresent Amazon at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements related to carbon markets and sustainabilityBuild credibility and trust with internal executives and external partners through strategic thinking and consistent execution
