Your RoleAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and structuring NM3’s sales network in Italy and across Europe, with a particular focus on the retail and contract markets. This is a key role for the brand’s next phase of growth and requires a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a scalable sales strategy in line with NM3’s positioningIdentify and establish relationships with retailers, architects, showrooms, and contract clientsCreate and manage a distribution network across key European marketsCollaborate with or hire local sales agents or freelancers, depending on market needsMonitor KPIs and support the achievement of revenue and expansion targetsRepresent the brand at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetingsRequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales for design, fashion, or luxury brandsStrong knowledge of retail and contract dynamicsFluent in English; Italian and European languages are a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to work from NM3’s Milan office at least during the initial phaseActive portfolio of industry contacts (architects, interior designers, buyers and wholesalers)What We OfferFull-time role with fixed salary or freelance position are both available.
