Huawei is currently looking for an Distribution Channel Sales Manager to work within our Enterprise Business Group in Rome office.
Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the distribution business sales targets in territory: undertake the distribution business sales targets, layout of distribution partners to support business growth, through the implementation of the product, partner, price, promotion operation, to ensure that the distribution sales targets are reached.
* Distribution market insight and planning: understanding of the company, regional distribution business strategy, conduct insight into the regional industry/vendor distribution market space, rational planning of the industry/territory distribution partner structure, targeted partner amount.
* Distribution partner development and sales: based on the characteristics of the distribution market in the region, develop tailored strategies for partner growth, fostering strong collaboration between Huawei and partners to achieve sales targets by enhancing cooperation and supporting market expansion.
* Distribution partner management and operation: adapting, executing and delivering distributor policies to ensure the healthy development of regional distribution business.
* Planning and execution of the marketing strategy.
* Distribution partner capacity building: identify partner capacity gaps, devise empowerment plans, allocate resources, and facilitate activities to enhance partners' sales and service capabilities for Huawei products.
Skills & Qualifications
* A completed technical or business degree is required.
* You have already gained several years of experience at least 6 years’ experience in IT b2b sales for manufacturers (HPE Aruba/Ubiquiti/Mikrotik/Reyee/Zyxel/TP-link/Netgear/SAMSUNG) or relevant distribution.
* You have extensive know-how in the area of networking products.
* You have experience in channel management and know the distribution market.
* Strong desire to grow with start-up spirit, can-do attitude, have the ability to understand complex issues and work in a solution-oriented manner.
* Structured work, results orientation and a strong customer orientation are a given for you.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
