Nobu Milano is looking for a Chef de Rang who can ensure our luxury standards of service and meet the needs of our guests.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the restaurant
2. Hospitable, customer oriented, willing to learn
3. Excellent guest service attitude
4. Explain the menu and take and/or deliver guests’ food orders
5. Excellent personal hygiene standards
6. Clean work areas in accordance with HACCP guidelines
7. Teamwork skills and attitude
8. Willing to attend training sessions as provided by management to develop skills
9. Supervise commis de rang
10. Have great passion for wine
Requirements
11. Passionate about food and beverages
12. At least 2-years of experience in similar roles, possibly within luxury restaurants
13. Customer oriented and proactive attitude
14. Attention to detail
15. Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
Nice to have skills:
16. Fluency in any other language apart from english
