We are seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking
Senior Product Manager
to join our client’s team in Italy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in developing and executing product management strategies, establishing effective policies and processes, and leading a high‑performing product management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, conducting ongoing performance reviews, analysing product data to uncover insights, and partnering cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and ensure all product initiatives align with or exceed business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging market insights to identify new opportunities
Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate customer needs and emerging trends
Define and maintain the product roadmap, collaborating cross‑functionally to prioritize high‑impact features
Lead the full product development lifecycle—from concept and requirements gathering to execution and launch
Partner with engineering teams to translate requirements into delivery plans, ensuring timely and high‑quality releases
Oversee user acceptance testing, evaluate product performance, and drive iterative improvements based on user feedback
Create compelling product messaging and positioning, and support marketing teams in executing effective go‑to‑market strategies
Plan and manage successful product launches, coordinating across departments and tracking post‑launch performance
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively communicating progress and resolving issues
Lead and develop the product team by setting goals, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a comparable role within a multinational environment, including demonstrated people‑management experience
Strong proficiency with product management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Aha!) and related tools
Solid understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, PPC, and SEM
Proven ability to lead and execute product management strategies across multiple countries and markets
Experienced in building, developing, and empowering high‑performing teams
Comfortable driving results in fast‑moving, evolving environments, applying

Excellent command of written and spoken
English
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly and persuasively
Strategic thinker with a test‑and‑learn mindset for continuous improvement in processes and marketing efforts
Strong resource‑management capabilities, able to allocate people, tools, and budgets effectively while balancing shifting priorities
