PpThe purpose of this role is to lead and be accountable for the growth, development and promotion of Rayner’s portfolio in Italy, maximizing the impact of all Italian marketing activities and ensuring alignment with the global and regional marketing plans. /ppIn this role, you will build effective relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders to harness their cooperation and engagement in developing innovative products and participate in and actively engage in organizing specialist marketing programs at major industry conferences in the region. /ph3What You'll Be Doing: /h3ulliDevelopment and delivery of localized marketing strategy for the full Rayner product and service portfolio. /liliRegional and local congress coordination (booth design and development, symposia, and customer events) across the Italian market. /liliDevelop and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders; initiate programs (PR, Peer2Peer campaigns), including field travel to execute/implement programs. /liliManage your budgets to ensure spending is in line with approved business plans. /liliChampion the corporate and product brand identities – consistency and compliance. /li /ulh3What Experience Skills You Will Need: /h3ulliDegree in Business / Marketing / Science / Optometry / Engineering or equivalent professional experience. /liliExperience launching new products and managing product life cycles. /liliHands‑on experience with campaign management – specifically the execution and implementation of social media campaigns. /liliFormal business or marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM) /liliScientific background, able to comprehend and interpret scientific/clinical data. /liliExperience working in Optometry/ophthalmology /liliUnderstanding of Medical Device regulations /li /ulh3What We Can Offer You: /h3ulliAnnual programme of fun events /liliBeing part of an organisation you can be proud to work for changing the lives of millions of people! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
