At the heart of Rome’s luxury district, the Fashion Sales Manager leads the team of Fashion Advisors at the CHANEL Boutique, a destination for elegance and refinement. This role combines strong stylistic instinct, client sensitivity, and deep knowledge of CHANEL’s history and vision. The Fashion Sales Manager’s consistent presence on the boutique floor is essential to reinforcing Fashion Advisors as ambassadors of CHANEL’s progressive style, establishing the boutique as a reference point for both local and international clients. Dedicated to delivering and developing an exceptional, highly personalized client experience, the Fashion Sales Manager works closely with the team to offer clients a unique journey into the world of CHANEL, celebrating a shared passion for the House’s products and heritage.

- Managing the team in all aspects: recruitment, leadership, setting and monitoring individual objectives, performance management, and personalized coaching.
- Fostering collective knowledge-sharing and collaboration with back-office teams.
- Supporting team members’ individual growth through tailored development plans and training in partnership with Learning, Styling, and Marketing teams.
