Product Specialist – Men's Health/Emilia - Romagna
Pharma Point, on behalf of Androlabs, is seeking a Product Specialist for Men’s Health – Emilia Romagna. Androlabs® is the first pharmaceutical company entirely dedicated to men. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in London, the company commercialises its medicines in 20+ countries across Europe, the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. Men live on average five years shorter than women. At Androlabs our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling the causes of this gap head‑on. We partner with healthcare professionals to raise awareness, improve education, and remove barriers to care. The company has already launched the first men’s health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with Europe’s top men’s health opinion leaders, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of men’s health treatment. Role Responsibilities
Engage with key prescribing stakeholders. Deliver product briefings (virtually or in hospitals) and share supporting materials. Leverage CRM tools to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders in your area. Send emails and make calls to specialists to answer their questions, support their treatment decision‑making, and build relationships. Track engagement with key stakeholders in our CRM system. Represent Androlabs at regional congresses, events, and scientific meetings. Continuously seek improvement. Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs. Record and share learnings and insights to make each interaction more effective than the last and to support our marketing efforts. Take full ownership of your territory and account plans, ensuring clear objectives, tactical actions, and measurable outcomes are defined and executed for each priority account. Collaborate with the Country Lead to analyse performance, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities. Requirements
Degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06). Preferable residence in Bologna. At least 3 years of previous experience as a Product Specialist for prescription medicine (RX). Preferable knowledge of the endocrinologist/urologist/andrologist target audience. Proficiency in English, written and oral communication. Strong ability to build relationships, both in person and remotely. Results‑driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing organisation. Ability to work in a team. Availability for travel and participation in national events. Preferable experience with CRM systems. Competitive salary (based on experience). Performance‑based bonus.
