You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing on increasing our existing accounts and acquiring new business. /p ul liYou will make outbound calls to identify new opportunities, reach sales targets, understand clients’ needs and offer the most suitable solutions. /li liYou will grow business with the existing accounts assigned to you (both small and medium players). /li liYou will build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers based on trust, becoming their point of reference for any queries regarding products. /li liYou will actively search and qualify new leads (e.g. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors, references, agents, web searches). /li liYou will communicate to clients the launch of new products and illustrate product characteristics highlighting its competitive advantage. /li liYou will prepare product offers/quotes and finalize sales. /li liYou will actively up‑sell / cross‑sell. /li liYou will enter and manage orders up to dispatch (SAP). /li liYou will engage with agents when a client requests an in‑person visit or if you encounter a large opportunity for them to pursue. /li liYou will keep the CRM up to date with client information and phone calls made, tracking performance and sales metrics. /li /ul h3The Attitudes Skills We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou have a Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields. /li liYou have previous experience in Inside sales roles (tele‑selling) in a multinational environment (B2B is a plus). /li liYou have a commercial attitude and strong customer orientation. /li liYou have strong communication skills and can easily connect and interact with prospect customers. /li liWith well‑developed customer sensitivity, pleasant communication, and social skills you can build long‑term professional relationships with your customers. /li liYou are goal‑oriented, curious, eager to learn, and have a hands‑on approach. /li liYou have experience in using SAP and reporting sales performance in a CRM, Power BI or similar software. /li liYou are fluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process /h3 pInterviews with the HRBP Sales Marketing and Internal Sales Manager. /p pBased in: Italy, Milan (Piazzale Lodi) /p pReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
