Manage the day-by-day operations of assigned client accountsDevelop a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals, target audience, and key challengesEnsure ongoing client satisfaction while contributing to account growthSupport the development of creative assets and client deliverablesAct as a key liaison across internal and external teams (e.g. creative, strategy, production, post-production) to align on strategy, planning, and executionOwn weekly status reports and tracking documents to ensure smooth and transparent account management
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; agency background preferredSolid understanding of integrated 360° campaigns: ATL, BTL, Social, and DigitalExcellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong client-facing and presentation abilitiesKeen attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesA collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with a positive attitudeSelf-starter who is goal-oriented and results-drivenProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and KeynoteFluent in English in both spoken and written forms
