Customer Partner Management /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels. /liliConduct technical training and joint visits with distributors. /liliManage customer accounts ensuring smooth order processing claims and overdue settlements. /liliUse CRM tools (Sales Force) to track opportunities and forecast sales. /li /ulpb3. Market Business Development /b /pulliIdentify new business opportunities and build a pipeline for longterm growth. /liliCollaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns trade shows and industry events. /liliMonitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. /li /ulpb4.
