All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDefines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP) /li liIdentifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives (A, B) /li liTranslates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap /li liDrives and rolls‑out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling (A, L) /li liDevelops and maintains sustainable and long‑term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts (B) /li liDefines account‑specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy (A, B) /li liOptimizes sales processes in country and leads junior KAMs /li liDevelops and maintains strong executive and cross‑functional relationships at HQ and key locations /li liSteers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy /li liDelivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC /li liAnalyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc. /li /ul h3What makes you a good fit /h3 ul li7+ years commercial expertise in FMGC markets (GDO, GDS DIY markets) /li liNegotiation skills, public speaking, PL analysis capabilities /li liEffective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills /li liFluency in English /li liExperiences in trade/category and marketing are considered a plus /li /ul h3Some perks of joining Henkel /h3 ul liFlexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year /li liDiverse national and international growth opportunities /li liGlobal wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs /li liGender‑neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks /li liEmployee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares /li liWelfare Platform /li liSchool Books reimbursement /li liFree Canteen and bi‑monthly Product box /li /ul pAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
