The role is based in our Milan office (Ripamonti area) and involves close collaboration with the e-commerce, production, and product development teams, providing a comprehensive view of operational processes and contributing to daily activities.
Role & Responsibilities
Shipping & Returns
* Iron the garments for shipment, with great care and attention to detail
* Prepare shipping documentation, proceed with packing, and handover to couriers
* Coordinate with courier partners to resolve any issues or delays
* Manage returns, including product quality checks and customer refunds
Warehouse Operations
* Manage inbound stock and warehouse loading activities
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of the e-commerce warehouse and packing materials
* Support annual inventory processes xivgfpx
Shooting & Events
* Provide operational support during photoshoots and events
