Sinterleghe S.R.L., an Italian company owner of the Ravitex® brand, specialized in solutions for electrode dressing and cap changing in resistance welding, is looking for a Technical Sales & After Sales Executive to strengthen its technical-commercial, customer service and after-sales area.The position is initially intended as maternity leave replacement, but it is conceived as a long-term structural investment, with a concrete perspective of stable employment and growth within the role.Initial training location: Verbania, ItalyFuture area of activity: WorldwidePreferred candidate location: Europe, preferably Germany or ItalyThe roleThe resource will initially be included in the Sales area, with the aim of learning products, internal procedures, Customers, offers and company operating methods, through constant interaction with the Operations and R&D areas.Subsequently, the role will evolve towards an Executive position, involving activities with international customers and partners, technical-commercial field support, after-sales, application training and development of new opportunities.Availability for international travel is required, indicatively for at least 50% of the working time after the initial training period.Main activitiesManagement of technical-commercial offers and customer supportRelationship with international customers and partnersTechnical support on products, applications and production processesVisits to strategic customers and partnersPre-sales and after-sales supportCollection of customer requirements and coordination with engineering, production and customer serviceApplication support and training on Sinterleghe / Ravitex® productsRequirementsFluent German, mandatoryTechnical-commercial experience in automotive, welding, industrial automation or systems/components for production linesAbility to understand technical products and production applicationsAvailability for international travelStrong attitude towards relationships with customers, partners, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and integratorsPreferred backgroundExperience in areas such as resistance welding, arc welding, welding guns, electrode maintenance, tip dressers and cap changers, welding process parameterization and automotive industrial automation will be considered a plus.What we offerEmployment in a company with over 35 years of experienceConcrete growth path in Technical Sales & After SalesFuture possibility to operate from Italy, Germany or another European country, also in lavoro da remoto mode during periods without travelDirect involvement in the development of customers, partners and strategic marketsInternational and highly technical environmentDirect training with the manufacturerIndicative annual gross salary range: Salary and contractual level will be defined according to the candidate’s experience and skills, in compliance with the applicable Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement.To apply or receive further information: recruiting@sinterleghe.it#J-18808-Ljbffr
