About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar team and oversee daily operations. As capo servizio, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11 staff members across bar, floor, and kitchen, ensuring smooth service, consistency in quality, and a strong, cohesive team dynamic.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the operation, from preparation to service, while contributing to the overall guest experience and team performance.
Prerequisites
- Minimum 5 years of experience behind the bar in high‑end or fast‑paced environments
- At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Fluent English; Italian required
- Ability to manage service flow and maintain high standards under pressure
- Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
