About The Team
You will be joining the Nutanix Italy sales team, a highly experienced and collaborative group focused on driving cloud transformation for some of Italy’s largest enterprise organizations. This team’s culture values innovation, accountability, and trust, empowering every member to make a significant impact in their respective roles. The mission of the team is to develop and expand relationships with key enterprise customers across Italy, particularly in the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) markets, while also addressing the needs of sectors like Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.
You will report to the Country Manager, who leads with a focus on mentorship and open communication, fostering an environment where team members feel valued and supported. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility, although there might be a requirement to attend the office in Milan as needed for collaboration and team-building purposes.
This role requires frequent travel, with an expectation of 40-50 percent travel time to engage directly with clients, attend meetings, and represent Nutanix at relevant industry events across the region.
Your Role
* Drive growth by developing and expanding relationships with key enterprise customers in Northern Italy, focusing on the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) market.
* Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management.
* Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across assigned enterprise accounts.
* Leverage Nutanix technology and partner ecosystem to deliver innovative cloud, data, and hybrid solutions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Marketing teams to design and execute targeted account strategies.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and manage customer information using Salesforce and Power BI.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
* Represent Nutanix at relevant industry events and maintain strong visibility within the enterprise ecosystem.
What You Will Bring
* Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
* Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and decision-makers.
* Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management.
* Proficient in Salesforce and Power BI for accurate forecasting and customer information management.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Marketing teams.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively represent Nutanix at industry events.
* Experience in delivering innovative cloud and hybrid solutions to enterprise clients.
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
