Ph3Overview /h3pThe On Trade Sales Executive (OSE) reports to the Area Manager and manages commercial activities across wholesalers, on‑trade outlets, and wine shops within a defined area. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sustainable growth, market share, and brand value. /liliManage day‑to‑day commercial performance across on‑trade outlets, wholesalers, and wine shops; ensure target achievement and implement corrective actions when needed. /liliDrive sell‑out growth by expanding distribution, optimizing in‑store visibility, and increasing brand presence in target outlets. /liliIdentify and onboard new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships with high‑potential outlets and optimise customer portfolios. /liliNegotiate, implement, and monitor commercial agreements to ensure effective assortment, brand visibility, and rotation. /liliExecute pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and monitor market and competitor pricing dynamics. /liliAnalyse market trends and competitor activities, share insights to support strategic decision‑making. /liliTrack performance, evaluate initiatives, and provide actionable feedback to improve commercial effectiveness. /liliSupport sales forecasting, order management, and back‑office processes; maintain accurate reporting on field activities, customer visits, and sales performance. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years experience in a similar FMCG role. /liliDegree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management. /liliStrong understanding of commercial dynamics, negotiation and influencing skills. /liliDigital savviness with familiarity in social media. /liliResults‑oriented, collaborative team player with solid market knowledge. /liliExperience in planning and executing promotional activities. /liliGood grasp of PL management. /liliExcellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /liliFluency in Italian; command of English (written and spoken) is a plus. /li /ulh3Benefits / Compensation /h3pSalary €34,678 to €42,384, plus 19% variable pay and benefits.
