Ph3Key Account Manager Italy /h3 pJsolar Tracker is a global leader in tracker solution providers, focusing on renewable solar energy solutions across more than 20 countries. We seek a Key Account Manager to expand sales coverage in Italy and surrounding European regions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContinuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European countries and providing strong service to new and existing accounts. /li liContribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European countries. /li liProactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. /li liIdentify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European markets. Negotiate and follow up on contracts. /li liManage entire selling process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments. /li liCommunicate with customers regarding their upcoming projects. /li liCoordinate with back office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions and advise customers of delivery status. /li liMaintain close relationships with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, organize internal resources, and identify new business opportunities. /li liAnalyze and monitor account customer data, develop reports based on customer information and development trends. /li liEnsure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. /li liRepresent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences. /li liStay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the PV sector. /li liBachelor's or master's degree in civil, industrial engineering or business administration. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers. /li liProactive self-starter and problem solver. /li liStrong negotiation and communication skills. /li liInnovative, dynamic, and thrives under an ever-changing market. /li liSelf‑motivated and able to effectively manage time. /li liQuick thinker, proactive. /li liPassionate about the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of the level of clients. /li liFlexible to travel. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pNative level in English and Italian; other languages are a benefit. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
