Posizione: To support the Sales Area Manager Rollerblade in servicing distributor orders, communications and to execute day to day e-commerce duties we are looking for an E-commerce & Sales Specialist Rollerblade. Specifically, the tasks will be: - E-commerce Administration: Responsible for the daily execution of our e-commerce store with Triboo, following the teams established strategies. Works with marketing department to insure proper content on our store platforms. Also responsible for execution within other direct ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Decathalon, etc; - Sales Manager Support: Works with direction from the Sales Area Manager to coordinate orders, payments and shipments to distributors and the Italy direct market dealers; - Communications to Distributors: Works with Sales Area Manager to insure proper communications to network of distributors regarding order status, delivery information, product updates and marketing/promotional opportunities; - Direct FOB Sales Coordination: Facilitating solutions for our challenging FOB delivery processes and procedures; - Returns and Replacements:Monthly recap regarding returns and / or replacements; - System Changes: being an active participant in future changes and updates to our internal systems, including facilitating training and communications outward to the greater sales team; Requisiti: - Previous experience in E-commerce and customer service; - Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages seen as a positive. - Good interpersonal skills; - Having talent for problem solving and creating ideas for improvements; - You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC proficiency (excellent keyboarding skills/data entry skills); Altre informazioni: Place of work: HQ in Giavera del Montello (TV)
