We are seeking a strategic professional to join us as a Senior Sales Manager to work with 2 projects: Luxury Lifestyle Awards (LLA) & World Luxury Chamber of Commerce (WLCC). This is a full-time remote position. It is expected that the Senior Sales Manager will work mainly with clients from the Fashion industry.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams and also working to expand the WLCC network.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Maintain client records in CRM.
Take part in creation of strategic sales plans, that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence, implement them and analyze the results.
Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify and implement ways to increase leads and sales performance.
Experience in the luxury industry or with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
Previous experience in tele sales and lead generation, understanding of the sales process and dynamics (at least 5 years of experience).
Advanced level of written and spoken English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telecommunications and email.
Strong self-management, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
