Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to content creators and influencers using Meta and Instagram tools.
* Assist with subscription management, account troubleshooting, and technical queries.
* Offer expert guidance on marketing tools and platform features.
* Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
* Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
