As a sales team, we:

* Prefer field work over office work and enjoy engaging daily with diverse people
* Are customer-focused, committed to building and growing partnerships
* Are results-driven and proactive in identifying opportunities for business and personal growth
* Are resourceful and willing to seek help to solve challenges
* Are hands-on and dedicated to getting things done

Our new team member needs to:

* Have a high school diploma or be pursuing higher education
* Preferably have experience in a similar role or demonstrate a track record of achievements
* Hold a valid driver’s license

* You can manage a designated territory — nurturing existing customers and seeking new ones to grow our business
* You collaborate well with colleagues and believe in the power of teamwork
* You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building lasting relationships with partners
* You strategically utilize available resources to meet targets, considering environmental sustainability
* You embrace digital tools to optimize outcomes
* Your ability to analyze market and consumer behavior, along with spotting opportunities, helps craft business reviews and strategic proposals
* You negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, activate trade marketing, and execute merchandising standards to prepare outlets for consumers
* You manage assets in the market and at customer outlets
* You use sales tools to report and maintain store quality

How we will support you:

* You’ll have a buddy to guide you through onboarding, your routines, and territory management
* We’ll provide clear market execution guidelines and top sales tools to help you track results, monitor progress, and achieve targets
* You’ll continually develop sales skills through our Sales Academies
* You’ll leverage digital solutions for data collection, process automation, and sales insights
