Job Title : Service Sales Manager

Location : Rome (preferred) or Milan

We're seeking a dynamic Service Sales Manager for our Digital Power Business Unit to lead growth in the Italy Representative Office. This role involves owning and driving Digital Power Service business, shaping local strategy, and impacting market objectives.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for adapting and implementing our service solution strategy, converting customer needs into competitive advantages, building strong customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet sales targets. Your tasks include market analysis and bid management to ensure solutions are competitive, deliverable, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the Italy Digital Power service solution business, achieving sales and profit targets.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer insight, influencing strategic budgets.
* Develop and present competitive service solutions, ensuring contract quality and compliance.
* Empower core channel partners through training and collaborative portfolio development.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance perception.
* Implement regional service marketing and communication activities to strengthen brand.
* Lead bid processes, crafting winning service solutions.
* Provide expert product solution design and technical guidance to senior clients.

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in Italy's Photovoltaic industry, especially in inverter and BESS solutions.
* Strong understanding of bidding processes and solution customization.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to train and empower partners.
* A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
