Retail Merchandiser RTW who will support in defining and managing product assortments across different markets, ensuring the right balance between brand representation and sales performance.\nThe role will contribute to building a consistent global buying strategy while adapting assortments to local market needs.

Analyze market trends and competitors\nDefine regional retail selection guidelines and assortments\nProvide markets with master selection and buying guidelines (including quantity indications) for RTW collections and capsules\nMonitor business performance by channel and market, identifying opportunities to optimize sales and product flow\nMaintain regular communication with markets to understand local needs and support business performance

Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or Planning\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel\nExcellent knowledge of PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
