Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, market share and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. You’ll be responsible for sales in Italy working with main customers in Industry (Metals, Water, Power Generation). Main stakeholders are Oems and System Integrators. You will be mainly accountable for: /polliReading technical specifications and preparing proposals for customer needs. /liliBuilding and managing the commercial relationship with all stakeholders, with a specific focus on orders volume, product and solutions mix, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. /liliEnsuring efficient sales marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers in order to develop own sales plan. /liliIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market/area. /li /olh3Qualifications for the role /h3ulli3 - 5 years experience in Proposal Sales activities /liliDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical) /liliGood know-how about Medium Voltage Drives /liliProven ability to develop and manage customer relationships /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce /liliAbility to understand customer’s needs /liliBe a good team player /li /ulh3More about us /h3pWe value people from different backgrounds.
