Role Overview We are looking for: - As part of the Manufacturing Excellence Team, the Digital Change Agent/Project Leader is responsible to ensure the accomplishment of the Site Digital Roadmap providing his/her expertise to grant the sustainability of the transformation and the standardization of Site Way of Working. Thanks to his /her background and experience, he/she will be able to identify new digital opportunities to maintain the continuous improvement approach. We count on you for: - Effectively plan and execute multiple Digital projects simultaneously leveraging the agile methodology and supported by effective project plans including scope, goals, deliverables, risks and milestone timing, in coordination with the Manufacturing Excellence team: - Carry out the analysis, up to the drafting of specifications, including data structuring and security processes - Define the programming tools to be used for the development from the Group's "catalog" of tools as well as the hardware and infrastructure to be used - Define a development schedule according to available resources and factory priorities - Ensure its follow-up from development to production. - Ensure coordination with central teams. - Facilitate exchanges with the central teams in charge of the development of digitalization in the Group, by reporting the "field" needs and by being regularly informed of the orientations, choices of tools made at the Group level and in the GBU (Digital Engineers, Digital Champion and Data Scientist). - Define and implement "digital" conventions/recommendations - Ensure that they are widely distributed and that they are applied during the deployment of digital projects - Supervise and train development resources - Supervise the resources assigned to the development of digital projects (internal site resources or external resources for specific needs) - Ensure regular training/information of internal resources to keep them at the appropriate level of knowledge (orientation and choice of Group tools, evolution of recommendations/conventions, etc.) - Maintains the site training records system and ensures compliance with the quality policy. - Ensure a "digital technology" watch - Support manufacturing excellence projects / transformational initiatives - Contributes to the realization of diagnostics (ex. animation workshops, interviews), and identifies improvement opportunities) - Leads the creation of implementation plans (TIP) and recommends the most appropriate processes, methods, and tools. - Ensures the follow-up and the execution of the TIP and animates the various meetings of preparation, follow-up, and closing of the TIP. - Tracks and reports project results and KPIs and ensures that performance management meetings are held. - In particular, over time, you will be responsible for actively collaborating in design and development of the digital roadmap of the site, actively contributing to the site strategy, and carrying out the Transformation 4.0 of a manufacturing plant. - The role will benefit from visibility at plant and GBU level. You will bring: - You must have a five-year degree in Information Engineering, or equivalent. - You must have passed, with good results, exams in computer engineering, automation and process control.
