Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage technology to enhance service quality. Documentation Management: Create and maintain thorough documentation for all IT systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operational consistency, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support compliance efforts. Asset Management: Oversee the management of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in an IT management or leadership role. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, hardware, and emerging technologies. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous. Preferred certifications include ITIL 4 Managing Professional, PMP, or CISSP. Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
