Fabrick is looking for a Functional Technical Analyst to be involved in the Payment Orchestra & Hub team, focused on the enhancement and development of digital payments acceptance. The Payments Orchestra & Hub team is responsible for building, maintaining, and driving growth and adoption of Digital Payments solutions: eCommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation, and financial balancing. You will be focused on managing day-to-day opportunities to further scale and improve our digital payments solutions. This role requires both business and functional analysis and PMO skills. You will interact daily with internal and external stakeholders to support the development of new projects and product features. As a Product Tech eCommerce Specialist, you will: Work closely with other Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners and Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams. Interact with international teams, since your scope will encompass digital payments across the EU. Main scope: eCommerce: Analyze card schemes and regulatory entity requirements to ensure gateway compliance. Develop new acceptance use cases & features based on merchants' requirements. Analyze and define all gateway and orchestration project requirements. Validate functional analysis in coordination with Tech teams. Activities: Manage functional analysis and requirement documentation, including project-related documents. Prepare, contribute to, and document analysis activities (gap analysis, preliminary, detailed, impact analysis). Supervise and manage test planning, test case definition, and related documentation. Oversee user acceptance testing, including management and execution. Gain hands-on experience by analyzing, defining, and proposing enhancements to existing or new business processes, reports, and applications to optimize business effectiveness. Assist with ad-hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a Business-related field. At least 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Finance or Payment industry. Relevant experience delivering Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is an asset. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Collaborative approach and willingness to learn. Proven ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
