We are now looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer. This position is full-time and remote from Italy .
* Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through your technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sales support.
* Conduct product training and interact closely with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
* Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support; experience in residential energy storage preferred.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and delivering training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is necessary; additional languages are a plus.
