PWe are looking for a: bKEY ACCOUNT MANAGER /b /ppat GENOVA /ppbuWork in your element /u /b /ppAt Oleon, we bring you natural chemistry. Ambitious, with both feet on the ground. That's who we are and that's how we will continue to grow. Our specialty lies in converting natural fats and oils into a wide range of oleochemical products. We offer them in a large variety of markets such as: cosmetics, nutrition, crop protection, industrial ingredients, lubricants, oilfield, coatings, detergents, and many more. /ppOleon has over 1,000 employees worldwide in 10 different countries. Enthusiastic people who are completely in their element here at Oleon are more than welcome to join our team. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAs account manager, you will be responsible for the sales in the South European region. /liliYou will manage a wide and diverse portfolio of customers, from key accounts to specialized companies that require your presence and expertise. /liliYou will develop our position in the market segment by expanding our business at our existing customers and attracting new customers. /liliYou will be a true business partner for your customers thanks to strong market and application knowledge. /liliYou will prepare and follow up on customer contacts and work closely with your colleagues within and outside the sales department to ensure you can meet the requirements of both the customer and Oleon. /liliYou will work in an international environment hand in hand with different departments within Oleon such as purchasing, production, planning, supply chain, and sales. /liliYou will be based in the office in Genoa and report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate. /li /ulh3You'll succeed if /h3ulliYou have a master’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent experience. /liliYou have 5 years of experience in sales marketing, in selling in a B2B environment and are eager to close the deal, selling both products and solutions. /liliYou have experience in product development, formulations (optional), and new market introductions launches through working with these largest accounts. /liliYou have key account manager expertise, resulting in commercial, market technical know-how. You can provide feedback on market trends/RD projects, through your market experience or communication with your developed network. /liliYou have excellent communication and people skills with a strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels. /liliYou are pro-active, business-driven, and result-oriented. /liliYou have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment by working both independently and as part of a team meeting deadlines and expectations. /liliYou have an entrepreneurial mindset; you are a dynamic self-starter with proven commercial and communication skills. /liliYou are willing to travel 30% of your time overnight. /liliYou are fluent in English and preferably also in French. /li /ulpbNext to your skills, it is your drive and motivation that will make all the difference! /b /ph3What We Offer /h3pYou will join a company with ambitious goals and a welcoming atmosphere.
