We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success. Your role in BizAway Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, at least for the first year. Research and prospect new clients in the DACH region. Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels. Present our solutions to various stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.). Demonstrate our platform live to qualified prospects. Lead negotiations from discovery to contract closure. Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of your pipeline. Act as an evangelist for our solutions, attending fairs and events as needed. Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the sales leadership. Collaborate with SDRs and the sales team, providing and receiving feedback. Propose strategies and campaigns to improve sales processes and support growth. Your Basic Qualifications Native German speaker with good English skills (written and spoken). At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2 years as a top-performing SDR. An accountable attitude: success depends on you. Hunger for challenges and continuous improvement. Proactivity in proposing solutions and learning from mistakes.
