What You’ll Do Define and drive the global digital marketing strategy in line with the brand's identity and goals. Take ownership of SEO initiatives (on-page, technical, and content strategy). Launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest) focused on storytelling and ROI. Oversee content creation and scheduling for social media channels. Lead CRM efforts :
* email campaigns, segmentation, and customer journey optimization. Ensure brand consistency and a premium digital experience across all touchpoints. Manage external partners while staying hands-on when needed. Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CAC, SEO, email metrics, web traffic) and optimize strategies accordingly. Keep up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing, luxury trends, and tech innovations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in luxury (fragrance, fashion, beauty). Fluent English (spoken & written);
Spanish is a plus. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM, and Google Analytics. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. A self-starter mindset—proactive, resilient, and creative. Comfortable working with a high-energy, visionary CEO. International experience or outlook is a strong advantage.
